The new Faktor-IPS version 3.7 is available. The new version supports multi-valued attributes for product components. Furthermore the handling of product adjustments is greatly improved. The new Faktor-IPS version 3.6 is available. We greatly improved the usability of the product definition perspective.

• The wizard for the creation of product components is much easier to use.
• Product components and tables can be created and assigned in one step. (Example: Adding a new coverage to an existing product).
• Product component properties can be grouped by categories.
• Cardinalities can be directly viewed and changed in the structure explorer.

Furthermore we added a search for product components and the possibility to navigate through associations in the formula language. A detailed description is available in the New&Noteworthy section. Faktor Zehn AG, the company responsible for Faktor-IPS, is currently in the process of merging with ConVista AG. ConVista is a leading international player in both process and IT consulting for the energy, financial services and telecommunications sectors. Since the announcement of the merger, we are getting more and more attention from all over the world. So while we have been kind of lazy with the Englisch version of this site for a long time, we plan to update the English documentation and also post all news items in English.
